I have on storage space at U-Haul and will get a 2nd one and each of my staff members need one per each and a 5th one may be needed to store large furniture. The section to be used has no rest room, but something like the Porto Johnson or even s bucket can be used to urinate while organizing or even taking a nap. Often it is hot during daylight hours and seems to be the best time to work on accounting for your property and maintenance issues.
There is no lights inside the rooms, a good option is a LED battery powered lamp mounted on the wall which will hold if it have magnetic clamps, cost at Walmart under $15.
There is limited power resources which can be used to charge you phone, i'd suggest using a power backup system, but the best option is to patronize a local shelter during the night and use this asset during the dsy, knowing in the worst case scenario you always have a place to shelter from the cold. A great short term option, to be used as Union scouts for a Missionary location for the Church to call home.
