I received a code to open a banking account at Mid Florida Credit Union at the Sebring Branch.  I was told I can open the account online and upon placement of funds into the account, I will be issued an ATM card.  I said, oh, the Mid Florida located at Sebring, where the Corporate bank is located? Response, was yes, but do not go to the corporate bank.

To verify this banking institution, I sent the information to INTEL and was told, they can bypass this system and allow transactions by use of my PayPal ATM card.  The woman told me, I cannot use my PayPal card here, but will be able to make transactions using the Mid Florida ATM they would issue me.

Intel response was, the problem is the gap created between the corporate bank and the personal accounts at the commercial bank.  However, the Credit Union, which is the insurance institution which is non-profit banking opposed to commercial banking flaw is there seems to be no established link to the Mid Florida Credit Union Corporation, meaning the building may say Mid Florida, but the banking institution is not insured by the UCUA meaning United Credit Union Association.

Wherefore, the businesses are also Clandestine, for example, even the military accounts, the business accounts, the corporate accounts which are non profit and government are not linking to the rest of the world. In other words this is another example of cyberspace terrorism.

However, there are simple solutions for INTEL to recover the ability to re-establish locale 31 and any and all banking systems determined to be Clandestine just like these so-called Freemasons around here, who never gained their rights to be called a Freeman in Egypt, figuratively called slavery and certainly do not shot recognize this is Africa under occupation.

1. At the level of INTEL Confirmed by REAL ID - DNA-Finger Prints-IRIS Scan the ID of each member of the DOD, WAC and MAC.
2. Setup the Mid Florida Credit Union, INC. in Sebring Florida Corporate bank and have this information sent by courier to the Lt. Generals Staff on-board the Aircraft personnel and business production fleets located about the proper distance to remain on Union State Waters, which is really anywhere, wherefore, this is one Union or Construction under the only living God.
3. Verify the accounts at INTEL with a Union routing number and each account given an account number. Setup the commodity currency trust at Sun Trust and BB&T.
4. Link all PayPal ATM machines to the newly established MID Florida Credit Union, under DOD oversight and Management and insured by the UCUA -DOD.
5. Placement of commodity currency is an option. However, with such wide spread LAWLESSNESS and counterfeiting at the ATM machines Union wide, only secured ATM and banking institutions can be made creditable transactions institutions.
6. Realistically, this will mean a major reduction in ATM machines and banking institutions world wide and many banks can be used, as will many church building may require to be used for other reasons. You will find that banks tend to be well constructed and are durable as are churches and detention centers around the Union.
7. WHEREFORE, to springboard the banking institution back into legitimacy the Union will begin at my selected Greyhound bus stations, AMTRAK train stations, selected Air ports under Central Command and all activated military, WAC and MAC institutions to include hotels, restaurants reassigned as mass halls and there are many former fast food and coffee shops to choose from.
