INT. ON A JET PLANE. — DAY
We were boarded on a Plane to go home before we were to go to our new duty stations. I was assigned to a Unit in Germany, but, this flight was going from South Carolina to New York City.
HIJACKER
This is a hijack, as you can see I have a gun and will use it. I want this plane to go to Iran; we will not be going to New York City.
People got nerves and couldn’t believe what was going on, because over 75% of the Passengers were Soldiers, in fact the Hijacker was a Military Man. This didn’t make any sense

(To the Stewardess)
Is this guy serious, I am not going to Iran that shit is out? You know how those people will treat military men?
STEWARDESS
What are you going to do?
FRANK PAUL JONES
I don’t know but I am not going to any damn Iran, with all the crazy shit going on over there.
Time passed and the Hijacker was in control of the plane, this was during the winter in 1976-77.

The stewardess was nerves, and thought she was going to die, and was attracted to Paul Castellano also.

The stewardess and Paul Castellano had sex on a plane being hijacked. It was like the only person Paul could see was her, he was in another world and was in a moment of shamelessness, but the lady was fine as could be. After he got off, he did something about the situation.
PAUL CASTELLANO
(To the Hijacker)
Look man I had enough of this bullshit, we are not going to Iran, and you can get that out of your mind.
HIJACKER
I have a gun and I AM under control of this situation, so sit down and stay in your seat and be quite.
Paul Castellano started talking some Nation of Black Muslims stuff to the hijacker, to convince him he could trust him.

If you are down with the Nation, why don’t you want to go to Iran, in fact why are you in the damn Army?
PAUL CASTELLANO
There are things I just don’t have the answer to, but I joined the Military to escape oppression, but I don’t think those people in the Middle East will understand, just like you don’t understand.
HIJACKER

PAUL CASTELLANO
Yea I can see you have faith in ALLAH with your white Ass, talking about going to Iran.
HIJACKER

Paul Castellano started to walk towards the hijacker.
PAUL CASTELLANO
I had enough of this bullshit, you are just one crazy Mother fucker, and this plane isn’t going to Iran, you can get that shit out of your mind.
HIJACKER
Stop if you come any closer I will shoot.
PAUL CASTELLANO
Fuck it, if I AM going to die, I am going to die now, so you are going to have to kill me.
The hijacker pulled the trigger a few times, but the gun didn’t go off. Paul Castellano gave him a Muhammad Ali ass whipping. He punch the dude at least 20 times, in the chest in the face and all over, after that he took the gun that fell.

The plane returned to South Carolina, where everyone was boarded on another plane.

STAFF SERGEANT CLARK

I will see you in Germany; enjoy your vacation, because it will be awhile before you enjoy anything again.
Frank Paul Jones didn’t remember the conversation, but he remembered in part what happened on the plane. He went to his sister’s apartment in New York City, and what happened was on the News on television, but they didn’t give up his identification.
The Stewardess called his sister Egeria’s apartment to make sure Paul was all right, and to let him know she had a boyfriend and was engaged to get married. Frank Paul Jones remembered what happened, but the memory faded away and for many years he didn’t remember that day.
INT. A LABORATORY IN GERMANY. — NIGHT
PAUL CASTELLANO (V.O.)

Special Field Orders, No. 15 (series 1865) were military orders issued during the American Civil War, on January 16, 1865, by General William Tecumseh Sherman, commander of the Military Division of the Mississippi of the United States Army.[1] They provided for the confiscation of 400,000 acres (1,600 km2) of land along the Atlantic coast of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and the dividing of it into parcels of not more than 40 acres (0.16 km2),[2] on which were to be settled approximately 18,000 formerly enslaved African American families and other Africans then living in the area.
The orders were issued following Sherman's March to the Sea. They were intended to address the immediate problem of dealing with the tens of thousands of African refugees who had joined Sherman's march in search of protection and sustenance, and "to assure the harmony of action in the area of operations".[3] His intention was for the order to be a temporary measure to address an immediate problem, and not to grant permanent ownership of the land to the freedmen, although most of the recipients assumed otherwise.[4] General Sherman issued his orders four days after meeting in Savannah, Georgia with twenty local African ministers and lay leaders and with U.S. Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton. Brig. Gen. Rufus Saxton, an abolitionist from Massachusetts who had previously organized the recruitment of African soldiers for the Union Army, was put in charge of implementing the orders.[5]
The orders had little concrete effect, and President Andrew Johnson issued a proclamation that returned the lands to southern owners that took a loyalty oath. General Saxton and his staff at the Charleston SC Freedmen Bureau's office refused to carry out President Johnson's wishes and denied all applications to have lands returned. In the end, Johnson and his allies removed General Saxton and his staff, but not before Congress was able to provide legislation to assist some families in keeping their lands.
Although mules are not mentioned in the orders, they were a main source for the expression "forty acres and a mule". A historical marker commemorating the order is in Savannah, near the corner of Harris and Bull streets, in Madison Square.[6]
