4. The statue of limitation for hate crimes begin when the last one ceases. My condition constitutes an ongoing hate crime in New York City since at least 1973. I got my social security card that year the number is 113-52-5383 = 31 my DOB is 03/04/1959 = 31 the last phonetic alphabet is Zulu. That the latter Zulu and place it at 31 degree vectors and you have the perfect square. I was born in Queensbridge projects and raised in 41-03 and 41-04 10^th street. These buildings are 45 feet high and wide and the project is 2 x 3 city blocks or 1,200 feet by 1,800 feet.
5. The Police Officer at the Social Security Office on 12^th street and Ave C. are not Federal Police but private Security. This brings the assumption of fraud and perjury against my accounts.
