After waiting for over one hour, I was told this request could not be signed today. Someone came out with a booklet, seemingly to examine me. My concern, I explained was I have been coming to Augusta, GA for this same appointment for a few years, never got transportation Reembursement and for some reason everytime I comes near time of my appointment, something tragic happens.
